Classics at The Bloomsbury

Pillar

Last autumn The Bloomsbury Theatre's education department hosted a series of workshops and lectures based on Euripides' The Trojan Women. As the National Theatre revived the play this year we ask the question 'Why now?' A series of practical workshop sessions and lectures on the play led by experienced practitioners revealed how Euripides's concerns were as relevant now as they were 2,000 years ago.
