Charity Martial Art Shows
S.A.S. Martial Art Academy, one of the most dynamic martial art academies in North London led by renowned Kung Fu Expert Master Andrew Sofos, will be holding two spectacular Martial Art shows at the Bloomsbury Theatre in aid Great Ormond Street Hospital and the NSPCC.
The breathtaking matinee performance will be Young Warriors in Zen Zone (youths on a journey to find peace and happiness) at 3.30pm. With spectacular fight scenes, dance and hip hop with a twist, which will please all ages and anyone who appreciate art in movement. Special Wing Chun Kung Fu fighting sets and an extra-ordinary Tai Chi sword form with a difference. All youths participating are from 5 boroughs of London (Camden, Barnet, Haringey, Enfield and Waltham Forest) where Master Andrew Sofos and his expert team of instructors teach for connexions North London and Connexions Camden.
The Main performance will be Tao-way of the warrior at 7.30pm. This performance will be dedicated to the warrior codes and ethics through the ages. A celebration of different warriors from different time zones that had an influence on mans existence and history. A powerful traditional performance with a comedy theme is promised. Varity of scenes from shamanistic Taoist and Buddhist roots from ancient China, to the modern day 'hoodlums' in the ghetto. Special effects with an outstanding soundtrack are promised that will entertain even the non martial artist within the crowd. Be mesmerised by the speed of the fight scenes, witness the passion of Kung Fu with an overwhelming performance from the cast of the SAS Martial Art Academy.
