If your event requires ticketing we will provide a full sales service. The Bloomsbury Theatre is known for its reasonable prices which makes it more accessible than many of its West End neighbours. We offer concessionary tickets where possible and we will be happy to advise you on pricing your seats.
Our Box Office is generally the first point of contact for all customers who come to our theatre. Therefore, we always endeavor to provide your customers with the best and friendliest service possible.
Our box office uses a computerised ticket sales system. Customers can purchase tickets in person, by telephone, by post or through our website. Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm, and on Saturday from 12pm to 6pm. We also remain open until the stated performance time to enable door sales and ticket collection for all events ticketed through our box office.
We have a semi-automated online sales reporting system. On request we will provide you with a private link to your event's latest sales figures.
Agency Sales and Tickets
The Bloomsbury Theatre is happy for promoters to employ ticket agents to sell for events at the Bloomsbury Theatre on the following conditions:
1. The contract and any financial arrangement must be between the promoter and the ticket agency.
2. The Bloomsbury Theatre will provide the ticket agency with an allocation of seats.
3. The ticket agent should issue tickets from their own ticket stock and provide the venue with a sample proof before commencing sales.
4. If the ticket agent does not supply the customer with hard copy tickets, the venue will charge the promoter a fee (currently 50p per seat) to cover administrative costs.
