Free Fringe Benefit

13 Jan 2009

Sean Lock

Sean Lock, Robin Ince and others (to be announced) headline this show of standup to benefit the Free Fringe for 2009 and the future.

The Free Fringe has become a major part of the Edinburgh Fringe. Performers don't pay to play; the public doesn't pay to watch. Founded and directed by Peter Buckley Hill, we started from a single show in 1996, and in 2008 grew to 1973 performances of 115 shows. We're hoping to grow further and carry on bringing free shows to Edinburgh in August as long as there's an Edinburgh and an August.
